Bounce:

Bounce is such a type of character that ensures that it ‘bounces’ through the grass or even sand without digging the ground when the player hits the ball. It is calculated by the leading edge of the club and the ground.

The number of bounce means how fast and how much the wedge throw out off the playing surface when it comes into contact with it. It can be helpful in such a situation where the sand is fluffy because it stops the club from pocking deep into the ground and slowing the club down. But, one thing you have to remember that it can also be disadvantageous if you use a high bounce club on tight turf. Because the club will repel off the hard ground right at the center of the golf ball.

Effects:

While using with a full swing, it can cause the ball to fly higher within the air but the other club can’t perform that and additionally, it will down the ball quickly on the green with a little spin. While using it to chip the ball, wedges can be used to halt the ball quickly or roll the golf ball towards the hole.
